Does any one know is it possible to install win2k sever service pack3 over win2k professional service pack2 whitout losing your program files???????

fraid not, you cant upg from pro to server, clean install only

If you mean you already have Win2k server installed with SP2 then yes it is. All the SP for 2k are for both server and pro. However if you mean 2k pro to 2k server as an upgrade, then I dont think you can. (never tryed it my-self)
