    Following their recent stunning sell-out shows alongside The Datsuns and The Beatings at Dublin's Ambassador, and on the NME Brats Tour that took them all over the UK, THE THRILLS play a headline homecoming show at the Temple Bar Music Centre on Friday week, February 28th!

    The Brats Tour saw them join the Polyphonc Spree on-stage to
    lend extra vocals to the Spree's 'Hanging Around' while many of the cloak-clad happy clappers from the 25-strong Texan collective reciprocated the favour by joining the Thrills on the closing night of the tour in London!


    - METEOR IRELAND MUSIC AWARDS - 2 NOMINATIONS
    They're also one of four acts just nominated for the
    2003 'Meteor Ireland Hope for 2003 Award' as part of this year's
    Awards which take place at Dublin's Point Theatre on Monday, March 3rd.

    The other acts nominated for this award are GEMMA HAYES, RUBYHORSE and FIFTH AVENUE.

    You can register your vote by texting – "Vote 7 followed by name of nominee" to 53121.

    THE THRILLS have also been nominated in the 'Best Irish New Act' category with MARC CARROLL, GEMMA HAYES, DAMIEN RICE, SIX, and LUKE THOMAS.

    The Thrills will be performing on the night alongside Westlife,
    Samantha Mumba, Alabama 3 with more special guests to be announced.


    - NEW SINGLE
    The new single, 'One Horse Town' is out in Ireland on March 7th,
    March 10th in the UK.

    The full tracklisting is:
    1. One Horse Town
    2. Car Crash
    3. Don't Play It Cool

    The Thrills hugely-anticipated debut album (recorded in LA with Beck and Air producer Tony Hoffer) is now set for release around June (date TBC).

    Following the Temple Bar Music Centre show, The Thrills embark on an eleven date UK headline tour from March 4th.
