Bit like the little file that people get when you register with eircom....
Also where is the little icon (gif) file stored in a pc ... The one that sits on the top right of lets say internet explorer....... is it possible to make your own ?

    Thanks

you don't need a program, go into tools -> connections -> setup (assuming you're using internet explorer) ... all you need to know is the phone number and username/password

it'd be more trouble than it's worth to change IE icon
    never wanted to

I have no problem setting up a connection ..... do it 3 or 4 times a day .... I would just like a file to click on that was creted by me ... one that would add a connection and auto set a home page...

Jeez, I hope you didn't download ieak.
There should be documentation there on the format of the ins file.
Why don't you just set up a free acc somehere , and save the ins file to your desktop. If you open it in notepad, you should be able to figure out the file format.

Why not just export setting from the registry into a .reg file, then when you double click it enters the info for you.
