Just breaking on the news (last hour). Explosion at a Statten Island storage Depot owned by ExxonMobil. Obviously there's going to be a lot of theories one way or the other flying about this. I'm just asking that people bear in mind that we dont know what happened yet before making any assertions. Speculation is fine, but…
