motherboard gone?big problem,help

how about a strange one..abit se6 v2 motherboard with 800eb*133fsb p32 cpu,256mb pc133 ram,300watt psu etc,ok problem is this..the 6*133 will only boot at 6*100 or 6*66mhz..at 133 mhz it comes on but dosent boot,now if i put in a 700 fchip it will only boot at 7*66mhz once again clock has dropped down took everything out…
