Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Click on filemanager and attempt to login, but it comes up with the error: Username not found in the database Please press 'back' and fix the problem. I'm fairly sure I typed in the username and password correctly. any ideas ? Slaanesh.

No idea. Perhaps you weren't putting the username in all in lower case? PM me if the problem continues with the username you were trying and what URL you were getting the error from and I'll try to figure it out.
