Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Week ending 13th April

    Bohemians v UCD
    Cork City v St Pat's
    Derry City v Longford Town
    Shamrock Rovers v Drogheda Utd
    Waterford United v Shelbourne

Most interesting will probably be St Pat's away to Cork, for obvious reasons. It will probably draw the biggest crowd of the weekend.

Waterford still play at the RSC, I think its improved in recent times, though its not in a very nice part of the city.

Yeah, Monaghan have been there or thereabouts, and Bray will be wanting to bounce back up. In saying that, visiting places like Athlone and Limerick might be a bit of a culture shock for Bray, being used to the relative comfort of Tolka etc.

Bray have to bounce straight back up .... i sooo dont want to be watching 1st div football for more that one season.

Still, some more interesting away trips to look forward to, going across Dublin every second week can get a little tedious.

Same as that, Bray may well have a bit of trouble, the pitches are not as good in the lower leagues and even though they are not the best football players, a bunpy pitch certailny would not suit there running/passing game.

+ we've (Shels) have signed Bray's best played in Byrne

Am not sure, he is a cracking player alright but is a bit inconsistent. Stephen Fox will hopefully do the biz this season...

Jason Byrne is a handy player alright, but I fail to see how Shels thought he was worth 70,000 euro. A lot of money in eL terms.
