remove region lockouts on dvds and consoles and bam, all people using them are 100% boda fide pirate software users. then it would be justified prosecuting them. but what about people who want to play games and watch dvds from different regions? should they to suffer?

I love the way they leave out the fact that people might want to play import games:

Mod chips illegally circumvent built-in security protections and allow individuals to play pirated games on game consoles, such as the Microsoft Xbox and the Sony Playstation2.
