yes it should be interesting indeed but my god we are very poor infact poor is to tame a word. But when Didi came on and Murphy went on the wing with gerrard running forward we did look somewhat better. At least when Babbel was playing he used to get forward a lot and put in a few balls.

Traore is shockingly bad at passing. Feel sorry for the lad, he's only 20, playing out of position in a team short of confidence. What a difference bringing Hamann and Smicer on though. 2 players with experience who can pass a ball.
And Vlad the inhaler nearly scored a cracker aswell, which means he'll start on Sunday and have a total mare !

Traore is unbelievably bad. Granted he's a centre half but the lad looked like he didn't want the ball last night. That's one of the 'pool's problems with width is that the full backs won't attack. I'd prefer Babbel and Risse at full back, at least they are comfortable going forward. Carragher is a good defender but everytime he gets teh ball he passes it back.

When Didi and Smicer came on the team looked stronger with Risse wing back. If Babbel was on that team it would be thje strongest team GH has IMO. Wonder will he start it on Sunday.

BTW well taken goal by Owen, nice to see him back on the scoresheet.

I was actually lmao at the third goal, silly mistake, but there is nothing to be taken away from the Pool.


This should have given them a major confidence boost, which will hopefully be enough for them to produce a convincing performance on Sunday, looking forward to this one even more now
