WMA > MP3 converters?

Anyone know of a good WMA > MP3 converter? I've had a good search now and any of them I manage to get working breakdown (I'm guessing due to large file sizes). Anybody know any good wma converters? Even a good WMA > WAV would help as a next best thing.
