Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I hate the way sky sports are making such a big deal of the worthington cup just because of manu and the pool. Today they were talking about the match of the century tomorrow.
It seems anything with man utd and sky think it's the biggest event in the world. Whats the connection between sky and man utd. Is there a tv deal of something?

maybe they are hyping it because they are 2 of the, if not the biggest clubs in English footballing history

i think Sky own a small percentage of Manchester United. but they own bits and pieces of some other clubs too

Maybe its because Worthington sponsor both Sky and Cup and this year 2 of the biggest teams actually tried to win it.
Which means more viewers, which means more ad revenue, which means happier Mr Sky.

In case you thought it was football related.

Sky have about a 9% stake in Manchester United, so naturally they want as many people tuning into see them play as possible...
