NTL digtial box problems

Hi there, Have any you expeirienced problems with your NTL digital box, the problem I am seeing is that the sreen size is becoming distorted so that the picture is way of to the right, a cold reboot with rectify this problem but it returns with time? Anybody seen this? thx R

Hey there,

Well my image has been always off to the right with my last two boxes. For example on MTV I get the logo cropped. Can't do anything to fix it.
