Mac ADB port to PC serial

I have got a Waicom a4 Intuos graphics tablet for a mac ADB port. Is it possible to convert this for a PC Serial port? They cost 600 euro so id rather not have to buy a new one :)

Feck, ordered it THEN read the wacom forums.
Wacom say it doesnt work with the drivers
