Clansman, ur last point is the whole point. If the US spent the military budget on installing a free infrastructure in Africa and other underdeveloped areas of the world there would be no more world hunger. If you take that a F-16 costs 6 billion (and how many of them do they have?) you can imagin how buch their aircraft carriers and so on cost bever mind the amount they spand of research.
One of the points is that he is planing on spending a stupid amount of money on killing 100's of 1000's of people over oil whan he could save millions with the same amount of money.
