Strangest rock/metal video ever?

After seeing the 'arch enemy - Ravenous' video, I thought this needed a thread of its own, so, what you folks think is one seriously f**ked up video? Ill go for 'Arch ENemy - Ravenous'....... that video scares me :eek:

i think the real question here is where can you actually see videos without buying the tapes/dvds? dont bother saying mtv2 or kerrang cause they dredge up the same sh1te once an hour, every hour.

if memory serves me right from "Superock" (ahh thems the days)
the Sepultura- Ratamahatta video was quite funny, some witch doctor or something running around a junge village, all in clay!

all the tool videos are bit ****ed up but i think thats just for the sake of being artsy-shmartsy ****ed up :rolleyes:

Yeah... I have all of their videos on my computer. Weird beyond belief.

Apart from that though. I think Primus's videos rock! Especially Wynonnas Big Brown Beaver. That one kicks ass!

Aphex Twin, Window Licker..

There was a video I once saw (was banned Ithink) where a black guy was walking about the streets and when he touched things, parts of his body shattered. Well wierd.

Can't remember who's video it was, kinda danceish music and IIRC, the name of the song was Africa or similar....

The vid for Black Sabbath's Paranoid. It's like one big trip, and a badly synced one at that- Sometimes they're shown singing a different verse to the one you're hearing, and there's wierd coulours and people running around in the woods for no apparent reason. Strangeness.

Leftfield - Afrika Shox.

I think that (generalising here) dance/techno/alternative videos on a whole are a lot weirder than rock/metal videos. Take for example, Aphex Twin, Massive Attack, Squarepusher and allready mentioned Leftfield.

Anyway since it is rock videos we are talking about I guess i will add

Type o negative - everything dies (wierd when theyre all disappearing)

The only other i can think of is some weird video i saw on beavis & butthead where the guy is peeling his face off.. eww...

What's so freaky about that video? Its a pretty crap video tbh, apart from Angela Gossow, shes pretty fine. But there isn't really anything special about that video.

Has anybody seen the video for Scream by The Misfits, the one with all the zombies in the hospital, its ****ing cool.

If you look at Michael Amott just before he plays his solo, he actually looks like he's made out of plastic, or belongs in the Wax Museum or something. That is actually quite freaky. :eek:
