Basically you just want a "trim". You want the ends trimmed off, split ends got rid off, yeah?

goddamn hippy - get a haircut!

if you have curly hair you might need to get i straightened aswall - you can do this yourself with a (surprise, surprise) 'hair straightener'...

    ...ask you're sister...

Hair Straighteners however damage the hair but ARE effective in doing the job in hand! I'd say a trim should eliminate the frizz and curls...

Try hair serum or frizz control sprays if not....

Some people just aren't meant for long hair, but you should grow it long at least once to make certain whether you're one of them or not. A ponytail and a (very!) sparing amount of Brylcream or similar can make all the difference.
