I'm trying to copy music files from a zip disk to my hard disk and I'm getting this error message

    "Error Copying File or Folder"
"Cannot Copy <filename>:The parameter is incorrect"

    Scandisk is ok
    Disk Life Status: OK (94%)
    Format Life Status: OK (95%)

This happen last week as well but I did a long format.

I have this same problem with a back up CD I burned a couple weeks ago. I am trying to get to a document I thought was "safely" backed up and now I can't get to it! I tried xcopy and it retrieved some of the information off the cd, but not the specific file i need!!

    help!
