    a handy link i saw the other day

    http://www.eirjobs.com/lc.php it counts the days hours minutes and seconds to the start of the LC :eek:

    i don't know if it will make any one feel any better or anything.

    It's Javascript and it looks a tad painful.......

    It would be a lot of work (for the admins to stick it on every page here). It'd be easy enough for one of you lot to stick it on your homepage though......

    {edit 1}However I just though about knocking up a toolbar that'll do it for you...... watch this space....

    For those of you with Win98/ME/2k:

    Right-click on your toolbar, click 'New Toolbar' or sumfink, and then paste:
    http://members.boards.ie/seamus/countdown.html
    into the box.

    With any luck, you'll only get one popup, and that'll be it........

    good luck to anyone doing it!

    i was stressed as hell don it and my marks suffered - got about 250 points.
    five years later i have 3 certs and a diploma and in my final year, so points mean absolutely nothing as soon as you go to college...

    I've changed it now from the toturous "How long till the LC?" to a far nicer "How long till the end of the LC?"

    The end being the 16th at 12:30 (most people should be finished by then)/

    I may change it so you tell it yourself how long you have left.......

    :)
