Dammit, the number is constantly engaged.

    hehe
Seriously tho. What if ppl actually try ringing an american number looking for this(I am assuming its fake)?
Its just not right. ppl who spread these should be heavily fined.
Even if it WAS real, they have no right to spam oceanfree.net accounts.
    Damned annoying.

god spam is terrible. I still get some from my old iol.ie account cos I had it on my webpage. Haven't got a single bit of spam on my esat account mainly cos I don't use to register anything, don't post it to usenet or use it in mailing lists. I have my shoebat@yahoo.com account for all of that.

But once you've been spammed don't bother trying to fix it, your e-mail will have been spread far and wide and no matter how many unsubscribe mails you send it'll only get worse. Dump it and get a new one. frown.gif

Checking the area code 312 it is Chicago, IL.

I rang the number and the place exists but they don't take calls they expect you to leave a message.

Tallahasse is in Florida. So either they paid someone to spam you or they are going in via someone elses account (which sounds more like it).

I used to rig up an agent to just bin anything remotely spam like and spam the person back.

Ye i used to do that too. Got spammed by some guy I didnt know (friend of my sis I think) so I mailed him quake bit by bit over a few days smile.gif
You gotta love esat surf no limits and a dedicated internet line smile.gif

The problem with this mail is no sender address!
And I NEVER subscribe to anything except with my non-quake account (as in not paladin@someplace) and even then its only if i have to.

I've gotten over 10 of those mails to my Hotmail addy, which I've hardly distributed at all. Seems to have calmed down now tho...

For unwanted mail, use the BULK MAIL yoke at hotmail, easy and effective!

And I seriously think a diploma in astro-physics would look great on my CV.
