Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

From the Irish Times, via ENN.
The paper also reports that BSkyB refused to give critical information to the telecoms regulator last year because the agency refused to sign a strict non-disclosure agreement drawn up by the British satellite-TV firm. The non-disclosure agreement would have prevented the regulator from releasing information under the Freedom of Information Act. The proposed agreement also sought to bring the regulator's dealings with BSkyB under the jurisdiction of British rather than Irish courts.
