Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It's a bit like that sKetch that was on "Not The Nine O' Clock News"
    Bloke sits down, news is on, presenter says: "If you don't want to know this evenings football scores, then look away now" Bloke on sofa does so, and presenter continues to read out said results :D Classic!

    I can see how it would be annoying doing this on the night of the match / during the match;

    however is it still a no-no the next day or so later....

    or is it permanently to be stopped for all soccer threads

    just wanna clear it up in me head :confused:

    cheers

    Just never post scores in topics.
    That way nothing to be confused over :)

    A bit over the top really. Tough **** I say. Although I suppose I'll put a spoiler message if I ever feel the need to start a thread about a particular game.

    You can say tuff sh it all you like but it is one of the forum rules that thread topics shall not contain the score of games.

    No one should post the score in the Threadline
    but in the text that should be okay, after all if you dont want to know the result or opinon about same then don't click (but I know its very tempting!)

    Mike.

    You can always indicate in the thread title that there are spoilers included. That way everyone is happy.

    That first sentance has 5 words begining with T in a row. :p
