ISDN - plugging in a fax

After 4 days of nothing Eircom have finally given me an answer on my fax on ISDN issue - The issue was the my fax will not auto recieve when plugged into the analog port on the NT1 box They are going to install a master socket between the fax and ISDN box - does anyone have this problem - will this solve it?

Does your fax machine specifically state it'll work with isdn? Because a lot don't work at all or work in a limited capacity
