Russian has put forward a motion in the U.N. to declare the war on Iraq invalid.

Also relation between Russia and America has worsted of late as a U2 spy plane had two migs scrambled to intercept it on the georgian border.

Also Russia had develop the Iraq oil. Russia is fearful that America will declare these contract null and void

I don't know how anyone can ignore how aggressive the US has become when they violate another nations airspace with spy planes. If Iraq had done the same to Kuwait, or Israel to Jordan, there'd be war......

It actually worsted after the fall of berlin and Russia invited the States to do a serious clean-up in WMD, but as to be expected USA avoided-declined.
