Missing DLL

Probably deleted with an uninstalling operation. Comes up with name of the missing DLL at start-up. Anybody with any ideas to remedy? Also at start-up I get asked to configure the country for my modem. Problem is the list of countries are missing. I think another file gone byebyes. Is it possible to replace without a…

i had the exact same problem with the modem, no countries showed at all. It wouldnt do anything so i formatted and re-installed, worked fine after that.
