Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sky sound problems

Does anyone experience a "crackling" sound interference on Sky digital?
I have my system only a month, but it has this intermittent sound problem
    since then.
I had a service call. They changed the box and the LNB but it`s no better.
I`m in North West Ireland, if that makes any difference.
    Hope someone can help.

    :(

You may have some luck by turning down the Digibox volume in the settings a notch below the half way point..

Your tv might be clipping the audio when it gets too loud

Thanks for the advice, but I already tried it. Does`nt work.
I`m still getting the interference if I run it through the TV or through my amp.
Correct me if I`m wrong, but should`nt Sky digital sound be crystal clear without interference?
My old chorus signal was better!

Should the sound on sky digital me free of interference.
I thought so. That`s why I got it.

Yea, Sky should be free of interference except for maybe a few cheapo channels who broadcast poor sound. If your signal is poor you'll get crackling, though the picture would be all blocky too so that's probably not the reason...

I have my digibox connected to my hifi and experience no "crackling"
