Like we can afford to go to cyber cafes everyday. Cafes are CRAP, you don't get LPB players from it. And they are always full.
So shut up.

Thats a shame but if 2 people play from a cyber cafe and koopa from his modem and another in a cyber cafe on his own you should be OK
If you do try this only do it on a sunday you should get a connection
