XP Pro RAS to NT4 Server

Currently have Win98 and NT4 WS clients doing RAS to an SP6 server. Tried XP Pro RAS to same server but seem to have mapping and access rights problems. Same XP Pro workstation works fine when accessing via Ethernet. Does anyone know if XP Pro will do RAS to NT4 and if Microsoft support it.
