XP Scheduled Tasks!!

I have created a task to run under the Tasks thing to run a batch file the file when run by me works file but tasks wont run it when it's supposed to it does nothing.

Scheduled Tasks Has my virius scan program in it that runs but nothing i ad works even when i click run now nothing nada zip. the task is setup with.

Run: "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\Clean.bat"

even when it try to call a programme to run it don't work. only Norton runs it contains

Run: c:\PROGRA~1\NORTON~1\NAVW32.exe /task:C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\Symantec\NORTON~1\Tasks\mycomp.sca

Should i use this path format?
