Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Interesting in the broader sense , see Here . They will be 'hard' on potential interference between transmitters it seems.

They rumbled about that earlier this year. There appears to be a right clatter of kit around 2.4 - 2.5Ghz these days, wi-fi, dodgy microwave ovens, video senders, mmds

Its the dodgy guys between 87.5MHz and 108MHz that cause the most interference.

Historically the 2nd worse thing is so called "Deflectors" in reality small TV transmitters. With increase in UHF relays, phase out of VHF and addition on TV3 and TG4 there is no room for than kind of Pirate operation.

In those areas outside off air and cable BBC/ITV the Gov should forget about dodgy baddly installed MMDS and even dodgier "Deflectors" and just procure Sky Digiboxes and FTV cards. probabily next year ITV will be TFA too.

Apart from MMDS most of the 2.4Ghz is very short range and apart from Microwave ovens only milliwatts. The MMDS is really quite well separate frequency to WiFi and Video Senders.
