    I've been working on this for most of the afternoon and am fairly happy
    with my first effort at Perl, when we hit every 100th message the
    previous 100 messages will be kept, the rest archived so no more
    blaming Cloud for cutting threads etc. etc., it's in the programs hands
    bwuhahahaha and all that.

    Nice one John. You should send it to matts script archive and they might give you free software or put your name in lights or something.
