I'm not so sure I agree with the sentiment. More pro-American over-simplified nonsense.

Its a political cartoon...of course its over-simplified. And I don't think its pro-american at all. It clearly expresses the opinion that the chickenhawks who think that ploping down a democracy in the baghdad will turn that region around are wrong.
