OnBoard Sound 4 Gateway P3 650

I need to know what the on board sound drivers are for the 650mhz p3 motherboard used by gateway. I have tried and tried to reinstall from the app cd's that came with the f****in computer but no luck. if anyone can help id be eternally grateful.

the're on the gateway website some where.

probably about 3-6 megs as they use unified ones!

It is on the System CD not the Application CD.

Tell me what OS you are using and I'll tell you what folder it is in.

ive tried both the system cd and the application cd, ive also tried the gateway website still no joy. ive also opened the computer up but i cant see a make or manufacturer for the on board sound the os is win98. thanx

wierd!

bang the BIOS string ID into intel.com and get the drivers from there?
