How do I get a certificate from a JKS file?

I want to run HtmlUnit but it requires that I add a certificate to the cacerts file in order to run on my test server.

However the application I want to test against has it's certificate contained within a JKS file which I am unsure how to extract the certificate. Or will keytool accept JKS files? If so how?

Anyone know how to do this? Failing that, IE appears to get the certificate just fine and I can install it into IE. I was thinking is there a way to export the certificate that way?
