    For the first time ever an Irishman will be the guest of honour on a world tv channel to-night and he won't be seen in Dublin but he will be sen in CHORUS areas and on BskyB......and anyone with a receiving dish for Astra or Eutelsat....

    Produced and transmitted by TV5 to over 600 million around the world......

    TV5 is the third most available satellite tv channel in the world after MTV and CNN......fourth in Greater Europe as Eurosport is in first place.
    Dublin is the only Union capital with a developed cable service not to provide TV5 in the minimum (cheapest) package of tv channels.
    But interested viewers can always go to Cork or Malahide, Maynooth or Swords etc. ...........................
