xbox/ halo problem

    all reviews iv read of halo claims it has a widescreen option but i cant find any options to turn it on in the game
    have i missed something really obvious or does the pal version not support this feature?

    I was under the impression that it was either/or with the Xbox so if you have a widescreen TV, you enable widescreen via the dashboard when your Xbox starts up...

    /settings/video/video mode/wide screen...

    yea i set the dashboard to widescreen but it reverts to 4:3 when halo loads up which means i end up having to stretch it
    its not just the widescreen there doesnt appear to be any sound options in halo's menu either

    yeah, it only runs in 4:3 for me too.
