Enermax PSU's, which is quieter?

I had a look at two Enermax PSU's on Komplett (109210 and 109205)... they are the same power and the only difference seems to be that the "whisper" version is more expensive than the "silent" version ... now correct me if I'm wrong but in the english language isn't silent quieter than whisper? ... Basically I want to know…
