I might be going way off here, but if you want to take payments

www.paysystems.com - take euro

www.2checkout.com - will be taken euro shortly

Also check out worldpay.com - a bit more expensive but a wicked service.

Bank of Ireland's click pay is also somthing to look out for but you wont get a shopping cart. But if you are moving major weight its a good solution.
