Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

my discovery etc channels wont work in diff box

just tried my sky card in a digibox not matched to it in another room and where normally the family pack channels (except bbc of course) would work now the box refuses to recognise the card point blank...does anyone have any idea whether this is a new development?

If you go to Services >> System Setup >> System Details, does the number of the card appear in the relevant box or does it say "No Card"?

All channels no longer work ina different box now whereas before it was only the premium channels and Rte1/Net2/BBC1/2 etc that did not work. I was always able to get Sky one and Mtv on other boxes if I swapped the card but as I have said every channel is now tied to one particular box excluding the FTA channels.
