Still have to get a good amount of info up, but that's going to be the basic complete design. Anybody got any input or feedback for meh? Also, How do I go about making a page that has an applet which can connect to #swgalaxies on quakenet?

    There are a number of scripts - both CGI based and Java based - on http://www.hotscripts.com/ that aloow a connection to IRC.
    A lot will depend on what your host allows

    Just some small things; the "Create Account" is barely visible in the top left. The white "Home :: Downloads :: etc" and date text should be brought down a bit to the more solid blue bar at the bottom of the header image (I can't decide whether that image is too big or not big enough, width-wise). Is there really a need for the fancy page transitions? They quickly get tedious.

    Pretty good so far mate,

    about the page trans

    change the code to
<meta http-equiv="Page-Exit" content="revealTrans(Duration=0.3,Transition=23)">
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" content="0;URL=http://www.swgalaxiesonline.com/html/"&gt;
This will show a quicker transition(0.3), i think its a nice touch seeing as its a star wars site(sw movies use transitions between scenes)
