Netsmart Ping Spikes

Hi, I got netsmart about a week ago and i was wondering if anyone else is getting ping spikes every couple of seconds? If so will this ever be fixed? Tbh i'd prefer a stable higher ping with UTV than a low unstable ping with Netsmart.

yes you get that for about a week or so, then everythings ok for a long while and then it comes back again

I just live with it im afraid

Would go with UTV if they didnt have that telephony pacakge, unfortunately i need to stay with the rat for a reason
