    Two things:
    1. If your site was down you should know why. It sounds like your host is messing you around, but I could be completely wrong
    2. Your refresh was in a loop, so all it did was send people to a blank page.

    Well all is well now. its back up but m8 word of advice. You should try to use more dull colours. The bright red,green and blue colors that flash offer (the linier(gradient)) in the color list is just 2 bright and makes the sites look bad. Word of advice ;)
