    Heard yesterday that cablelink have started testing cable modems....

    Apparently they're getting speeds of 10 - 100 MEGS/sec (depending on how
    far you are from the source)

    Unfortunately, you still have to use your modem to send stuff.....

    Not unless they transmit as fast as they recieve.

    Read DeVore's articel in Qamex on his predictions
    for the future for a good explaination of why they'll
    be crap when they first come out.
