    Repost from Nets/Comms.

Update: Just noticed that they switched me over yesterday. It went seamlessly my router reconnected automatically.

The interleaving certainly seems to have been set to a lower setting. I wonder is this deliberate or part of the auto training that is enabled between the DSLAM and the customer modem.

My download speed never varies (obviously it depends on where im downloading from) but if its a fast server i get 104kb/sec constant.

Cheers Caffine , looks like RADSL with interleaving off/low is a winner.Let's just hope Netsource users experience similar results.

Is there any way of distinguishing Esat ADSL from Esat branded resold eircom RADSL in these posts??

I tried the speedtest at www.irishbroadband.ie/speedtest/speedtest.html.
and several times got results at the level of a 28.8 modem. I fired off an email complaining about the throughput, so they've fixed it - they put security on the speedtest page.:)
