i want to change the color of the start menu dose anyone know a app that will allow me to do this ???? or how i can ive looked in properties and i cant find a option for the start menu and the bar that goes along becide it can it even be done ?>??

cant you do it through "Appearance" settings from the desktop?

properties/appearance/advanced

do a google for "style xp" it allows you to skin windows
