UTV IP question

Does the 30 hours you get with UTV IP run for each calender month(ie 1st April to the 30th), or does the month start from the date you signed up?

I asked them the same question when I signed up, and they told me the hours (150 in my case) are per calendar month, i.e. from 1st to last of the month.
