I know the monthly fee is very low but was wondering if the software content/speed is any good

monthly fee?

use kazaa lite, no spyware or other creepy programmes.

its good apparently for most things, prolly not as good in some areas (mp3s) as soulseek. speed is quite good has its moments. kazaa lite has add on programmes that makes it easier to download things..

but its free.. no monthly payment..

yeah use kazaalite
its way better
as he said doesnt have all that spyware... that really slows down you computer

i think kazaaLite is the best file sharing program out there

One of the add on proggies for Kazaa Lite is K++, which gives you loads of goodies including participation rate of 1000, can turn off uploading (I dont recommend this), comes with autosearchmore (a program that does what it says on the tin), another program called speedup ... that apparently does what it says on the tin (cant prove it though)

Best thing you could do is just do a search for K++ and get an all-in-one integrated Kazaa Lite and K++ single install program...

kazaa is exellant, in fact I'm downloadin something from it now at about 50K/b a second which is ok with my sort of connection (can dl from microsoft.com at about 150-200 a second). plus with 3-5 million user on at once you can pretty much find anything

i never heard of kazaa chargin! yea u can get a lot of thos cheater programs on it, they do help coz the higher your particiption level, i think you get prefrence on queues!!!

Kazaa is awful program riddled with crap.
Its the realplayer of P2p imo.
Emule is the best proggie for stuff.

in lite you get all the benefits of kazaa and a whole more plus none of the things that make kazaa so annoying..

adaware 6 still picks up 1 bit of spyware in k lite.
you have to reinstall the damn thing if you delete it tho:mad:
