    I remember reading somewhere about an insurance company who have specials deals for ppl who 5 yrs no claims, does anyone know who this is?

    Yeap, the deal is that you can get actually insured with more companies. Bastardos

    Hibernian requires 4 years NCB for people with provisional license

    Yeah, only in Ireland.

    You can get 3 times provisional then fail 3X and still drive the car plus if you are female -BINGO

    you will have cheaper insurance.
