What CDs released (lets say pre-1990) do you regard as classics?

    Beatles White Album?
    Chris Rea's Road to Hell?
    Dire Straits Brothers in Arms?
Guns 'n Roses Appetite for Destruction?
    Def Leppard's Hysteria?
    Any Rolling Stones albums?

Anyone got any favourite classic (pre-1990) albums that they love to death?

    - Dave.

Creedence Clearwater Revival - Green River
    Bob Dylan - Desire
    Jimi - Are You Experienced
James Brown - Live At The Apollo
    Roxy Music - Roxy Music
    U2 - The Joshua Tree
    Curtis Mayfield - Superfly

Im sure theres some Stones albums that should be there, but I just listen to the 'Hot Rocks' compilation, which I love so don't know the albums so well.

    yeah, anything by the beatles.

queen's greatest hits 1 and 2 (2 is just about pre '90...well most of the song are)

maybe some aerosmith stuff but the stuff i love is mostly post '90.

michael jackson's (is it off the wall? the one with thriller and the girl is mine and all them)

cocteau twins. theyre a classic for m,e personally, but probbaly not for a lot of people.

    the kinks-singles

    i'll probably think of more.
