Quake.ie servers

    Heard a while ago that there were problems with quake.ie servers. Just wondering
    if these have been fixed, because my ping keeps going up to 999 and staying there after
    a few minutes of connection.

    My main reason for asking is that if the servers are up and running grand, then my problem
    is with my [very very good friends who I really love] at Indigo (words inside braces have been
    changed to protect the ears of the innocent).

    I have had a few problems with my Indigo friends (as I hear lots of ppl with
    internal usr modems have been having or should have been having since
    Christmas '97)....
