NTL Digital installation question

    Well we're getting NTL digital installed 'in a minimum of 5 days' (they never specified a maximum!) so I was just wondering something. My folks got NTL digital installed ages ago and they have a black Pace box that outputs RF and Scart. Do the newer ones do this or just output scart?

    If they just output scart then will NTL give me an older box if I ask for it as I have an old TV that just has an RF input - or is there any way around this like scart -> RF converters does any one know?

    Cheers Cableguy. Will ask them if I can have an old box I suppose. Going through my video would be messy as it would have to be turned on all the time but it's one of those that turns itself if it's left idle for 10 mins.

    Is it like in the add when you get GO digital from NTL, is it very professional??????

    Their maxium is 10 days but then that becomes a month and then 10 months and the 3 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone.

    NTL in show of professionalism shock!

    I spoke to someone there in sales last night and they said that they'd call me back today today to arrange an installation date. Guess what - they did! Got an installation set for the 9th May.

    Now the question is will the buggers actually show up?
